The team has now collected enough points to sign up for the Race of the Minutemen which is a great achievement for the team, now we only hope that ryant can be bothered to sign up for this tour...
Anyway there is a bigger piece of news to report and I will report it, as it is my job... oh well.
What first was a sarcastic statement to board execs has now become a team goal for the future, and that is to compete at least once in our home tour, the Essex Tour.
A Press Conference was announced and ryant said the following:
"following meetings with the board, discussions were made about team performances and more importantly how the team is run. The board have voiced their concern about the management of the team and how the my involvement in the team has decreased a little in recent times. Anyway, the team have given me the task of reaching the Essex Tour before my 30th birthday, which will be in 4,748 days, somewhere during season 82. I have taken up the challenge and I am determined that I will succeed in doing so."
There were rumours that ryant could be sacked if this goal were not to be completed so the future will determine ryant's future as team principle.
Of course we wish he and the team well and we hope that we can finally get some nice results to put in our trophy cabinet, starting with Critérium la Grasse next week...

Don't give yourself so much time. Delete the word impossible. Get yourself a 50 + captain and make it happen.
